Position Details

• Manage a caseload of at least 10 participants.
• Work 10 hours per week within 9 am - 8 pm local time, with flexible scheduling options.
• Compensation ranges from $40-$60 per session hour, depending on state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote, outcome-based short-term treatment programs (8-20 sessions).
• Monitor progress, document notes, and coordinate care.
• Assist participants with resources, consent, and authorization forms.
• Respond to safety concerns following protocols.
• Participate in team meetings and training while maintaining confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted clinical license in Pennsylvania (LCSW, LPC, or equivalent).
• Availability for 10+ hours/week, consistent schedule preferred.
• Eligible or able to enroll as a Medicare provider.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CBT, DBT, or solution-focused therapies.
