WillisCC is a thriving private group practice seeking energetic therapists, social workers, and psychologists to join our expanding team in Illinois. We welcome applications from LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, Licensed Psychologists, as well as those with LSW/LPC who are eligible for full licensure within the next 3-4 months.

This position includes some shifts via video telehealth and some hours in person at our studios.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing behavioral health services to a clinically diverse client population and their families/significant others.
• Direct service responsibilities such as individual and family therapy, diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, group therapy, and evidence-based skills training for primary care clients.

Staff will participate in weekly group consultations, trainings, and staff development. There are opportunities to join our interdisciplinary team in creating new clinical programs for our community.
