Macon-Bibb County Consolidated Government is seeking a Mental Health Court Case Manager to support the program and ensure adherence to contractual obligations. The role requires coordination with the Mental Health Coordinator and Treatment team, and involves tracking progress, data collection, and client meetings.

The position also entails maintaining participant files, assisting with resources, and upholding strict confidentiality.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Social Work, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field is preferred.
• Minimum of one year of case management experience with criminal justice population or adults with mental illness.
• Background in addictions preferred; proficient computer and data system skills.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate with Mental Health Coordinator and Treatment team regarding participant progress.
• Support Program Coordinator in day-to-day operations of the Mental Health Court program.
• Track participant progress, meet with clients, and create need-based goals; data collection and entry.
• Prepare and maintain participant files; assist clients in obtaining resources.
• Maintain confidentiality of all participants and office information.
• Administer drug screens, conduct site visits, and jail interviews.
• Some weekends work required for drug screening with equivalent time off.
