Macon-Bibb County Government is seeking a Mental Health Court Case Manager to support participants in achieving their program goals and adhere to contract obligations. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Criminal Justice, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of case management experience or related work with criminal justice populations or adults with mental illness.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management services to support participants in achieving program goals.
• Communicate with Mental Health Coordinator and Treatment team regarding participant progress.
• Track participant progress, conduct individual meetings to set goals, and record data in the data system.
• Prepare, update, and maintain participant files and assist clients with obtaining resources.
• Maintain confidentiality of participant information; comply with federal regulations.
• Assist with drug screens, site visits, and jail interviews; some weekend work with time off in lieu.
