Are you a licensed mental health professional passionate about making a difference in underserved populations? We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Coordinator to provide essential mental health services in a secure facility setting.

Responsibilities

• In this role, you will deliver clinical mental health care (non-medical) to individuals in need—offering screening, treatment planning, counseling, and crisis intervention. You’ll work as part of a multidisciplinary team and be instrumental in supporting the mental well-being of those in your care.
• Conduct mental health screenings and assessments through clinical interviews and records review.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs and functioning levels.
• Modify treatment plans as necessary to reflect ongoing clinical evaluation.
• Document all evaluations, interventions, and treatment progress in accordance with facility and licensing standards.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold professional standards at all times.
• Deliver evidence-based individual and group counseling services.
• Provide timely mental health assessments, counseling, and crisis interventions as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited institution in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related clinical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a comparable role.
• Must hold current LPC, LCSW, or LMFT licensure valid in the state of Arizona.

Employment details

• Initial 6-week contract | Strong potential for extension
• Shifts: 5x8, also open to 4x10 or 3x12
• 40-hour weekly guarantee | Open availability preferred
• Pay: $68 - $72/hr (base pay range $69-$72)
