Job summary

Terros Health seeks a Clinical Coordinator in South Mountain, Phoenix, to lead an interdisciplinary clinical team and ensure high-quality, compliant patient care.

The role supervises Case Managers, Peer Mentors, and Rehabilitation Specialists, develops service plans, and coordinates with medical providers to optimize outcomes. GED or Bachelor’s in Behavioral Health and 1+ year of managerial experience required; bilingual pay differential may apply.

Seeking aClinical Coordinator to lead our interdisciplinary clinical team working with individuals diagnosed with a Serious Mental Illness (SMI) or General Mental Health diagnosis under Court Ordered Treatment at our South Mountain clinic.

Full-Time Employment: 40 hours per week

Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm / Potential for On-Call Weekends as needed

Qualifications

• Must have a GED/High school diploma, or
• Bachelors Degree in a Behavioral Health related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of Managerial Experience &3+ years of Behavioral Health experience required.
• Interpersonal skills which allow for professional and positive relationships with co-workers, members, memberfamilies, and other community members. Good communication skills, evidenced by a non-judgmental approach, effective listening and positive interactions. Strong understanding of substance use, addiction, and recovery clinical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Knowledge in use of Electronic Health Records - NextGen is a plus.
• Minimum typing speed of 25wpm.
• Must have valid Arizona driver’s license, be 21 years of age with minimum 4 years driving experience, and meet requirements of Terros Health’s driving policy.
• Must have a valid Level 1 Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card or the ability to apply for one apply for one within 7 working days of assuming role.
• Must pass background check, TB test and other pre-employment screenings.
