Seeking aClinical Coordinator to lead our interdisciplinary clinical team working with individuals diagnosed with a Serious Mental Illness (SMI) or General Mental Health diagnosis under Court Ordered Treatment at our South Mountain clinic.
Full-Time Employment: 40 hours per week
Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm / Potential for On-Call Weekends as needed

Duties Include:
- Provides clinical and administrative supervision,training and mentoring for Case Managers, Peer Mentors or Peer Support Specialists, and Rehabilitation Specialists on the assigned team.
- Ensures clinical quality and service delivery standards are met or exceeded by direct reports.
- Guarantees that assessments and individual service plans are developed and implemented according to regulatory guidelines for each patient served.
- Provides direct care as needed by assisting patients and assuring the team provides supportive services to help patients reach their goals.
- Collaborates with external service providers, including medical providers, to assure best care and coordination is provided to patients.
- This role reports directly to the siteHealth Center Director.

Qualifications
- Must have a GED/High school diploma, or
- Bachelors Degree in a Behavioral Health related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of Managerial Experience &3+ years of Behavioral Health experience required.
- Interpersonal skills which allow for professional and positive relationships with co-workers, members, memberfamilies, and other community members. Good communication skills, evidenced by a non-judgmental approach, effective listening and positive interactions. Strong understanding of substance use, addiction, and recovery clinical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Knowledge in use of Electronic Health Records - NextGen is a plus.
- Minimum typing speed of 25wpm.
- Must have valid Arizona driver’s license, be 21 years of age with minimum 4 years driving experience, and meet requirements of Terros Health’s driving policy.
- Must have a valid Level 1 Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card or the ability to apply for one apply for one within 7 working days of assuming role.
- Must pass background check, TB test and other pre-employment screenings.
