Office of Mental Health in Conway, SC is seeking a Mental Health Professional I to provide crisis intervention, screening and therapy to individuals, families, and groups. You will work under supervision in the Access/Crisis Team at the Waccamaw Center for Mental Health, handling emergency duties and collaborative care across disciplines.

The role emphasizes maintaining documentation, adherence to standards, and contributing to community wellness through direct clinical services and outreach

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in guidance, counseling, the social sciences or related field.

Responsabilités

• Provide therapy, emergency services and case management to persons with emotional disturbances.
• Complete and submit clinician service notes within 24 hours.
• Maintain relationships with families and professionals across disciplines.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Maintain charts and records per state and OMH standards.
• Inform on services offered and admission criteria for treatments.
