Qualifications

• Strong multitasker across phone systems, scheduling tools, and EMRs.
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with new clients via phone, email, or web inquiries.
• Explain the purpose and value of psychological assessments.
• Schedule assessments and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with clinical teams and billing for seamless handoff.
