Job summary

Integral Care is seeking Intake specialists to provide trauma-informed, person-centered care for adults with mental illness in a fast-paced environment. You will assess needs, gather history, and coordinate services under supervision, with opportunities for clinical supervision toward licensure.

Full-time role based in Travis County, Texas, with schedule Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, and hourly pay between $24.18 and $25.39 depending on education and experience. Excellent benefits available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or related field.
• Master's degree preferred for advancement or supervision opportunities.
• Current and valid Driver's License and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assess psychiatric needs of adults with mental illness.
• Gather psychosocial history and evaluate strengths, needs and goals.
• Define and facilitate desired life outcomes; coordinate client crises when they arise.
