Job summary

SoLuna Mental Wellness in Houston area is seeking two part-time Client Care Coordinators to connect with clients from the first contact to an appointment. The role centers on warm phone conversations, guiding inquiries, and coordinating with therapists and the business team.

Applicants should be pursuing a master's in counseling, MFT, or social work, with scheduling or healthcare office experience welcomed. Spanish is a plus, and some remote flexibility is offered after onboarding.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a master's program in counseling, MFT, social work, or related field.
• Scheduling, customer service, call center, or healthcare office experience helpful.
• Spanish language welcome.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls promptly and help clients feel heard and welcome
• Ask thoughtful questions, explain services, and match clients with an appropriate provider
• Follow up with new inquiries, unscheduled clients, and waitlists
• Schedule and confirm appointments, fill openings, and coordinate with therapists and business team
• Explain insurance and costs clearly, and collect payment information per policy
• Keep records and protect confidentiality, following up on inquiries
