SoLuna Mental Wellness is hiring clinicians for the Houston/CyFair area to join our growing team of therapists. We offer a signing bonus, competitive hourly pay with client commission, and comprehensive benefits while supporting your caseload in a collaborative setting.

We value licensure progress toward full licensure, provide individualized supervision, coaching, and mentorship, and emphasize a culture of care, respect, and professional growth for Youth and Family clients in a busy community

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field.
• Texas clinical license (or provisional).
• Strong diagnostic and crisis intervention skills.
• Experience with EHR systems and standard office tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• EMDR, Somatic, play therapy, eating disorders, or addiction training is a plus.
• BIPOC and LGBTQ+ clinicians are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assess mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy for individuals and groups.
• Coordinate care with other providers as needed.
• Offer support for grief, crisis, and life transitions.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Attend team meetings and trainings to stay current on best practices.
