Job summary

SoLuna Mental Wellness in Conroe, TX is seeking a licensed or provisionally licensed therapist to join our in‑person clinical team with some Telehealth flexibility. The role focuses on children and teens with support for families in a collaborative setting.

We offer competitive hourly pay, client commission, structured admin task compensation, and access to supervision, coaching, and mentorship to accelerate professional growth. Evening/weekend availability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field
• Texas clinical license (or provisional)
• Strong diagnostic and crisis intervention skills
• Experience with EHR systems and standard office tools
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
• EMDR, Somatic, play therapy, eating disorders, or addiction training is a plus
• BIPOC and LGBTQ+ clinicians are strongly encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Assess mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy for individuals and groups
• Coordinate care with other providers as needed
• Offer support for grief, crisis, and life transitions
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Attend team meetings and trainings to stay current on best practices
