Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or related field.
• Two years of Human Service experience.
• Documented D&A experience and training.
• PA State Police Background Check and ACT 33 Clearances.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' mental health needs and coordinate referrals to services.
• Provide guidance and advocacy for MH/DA needs and crisis support.
• Attend CYOP meetings and court hearings as scheduled.
• Make recommendations to casework staff regarding client needs.
• Assist with transportation of residents to program activities.
• Plan and coordinate mental health, drug/alcohol, and life-skills workshops.
