Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking a Medical Services Coordinator in Richmond Heights, MO to coordinate medical care and support both patients and psychiatric clinicians. You will ensure quality customer service for in-person and remote patients.

Starting at $21.00 per hour, with quarterly bonus potential, this full-time position offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k with match, paid parental leave, PTO and more.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required; associates/bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in healthcare operations, customer service, or similar role preferred.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize to deliver high-quality patient experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and EMR systems; HIPAA awareness.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate medical care and support patients and clinicians.
• Provide excellent patient service for in-person and telehealth interactions.
• Assist with prior authorizations, lab orders, and records requests.
• Maintain accurate patient information in the EHR and ensure smooth triage.
• Support patient portal access and troubleshoot issues.
• Escalate urgent requests to appropriate departments.
• Coordinate external referrals for patient care.
