Job summary

Park Nicollet is hiring a Mental Health Specialist to support the Behavioral Health team. The role focuses on triaging patients into urgent care appointments, maintaining the triage board, and ensuring accurate data and scheduling for patients and families.

Qualifications include a four-year degree in human services or psychology, strong communication skills, and proficiency with office software and medical terminology. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Support clinical processes and triage patients for emergent and urgent care appointments.
• Maintain the urgent/emergent visual control board and assist with data integrity.
• Provide quality customer service and schedule appointments for patients and families.
