Qualifikationen

• Education: Master’s degree in psychology, social work, nursing, or closely related field.
• Experience: 1 year of supervised experience in mental health and chemical dependency including comprehensive assessment, individual, group, and family therapy.
• License/Certification/Registration: Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC); LGSW or eligible for independent clinical licensure as a LMFT or LPCC.

Aufgaben

• Determines clinical interventions for MI and/or SUD issues and facilitates therapy.
• Develops transition/discharge plans and coordinates with the care team.
• Communicates effectively with the interdisciplinary team and families.
