Job summary

Ultimate Health Inc is seeking a compassionate Mental Health Practitioner or Licensed Mental Health Therapist for its outpatient substance use disorder treatment team in North Saint Paul, MN. The role offers a flexible part-time schedule focused on clinical services and collaborative, trauma-informed care.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team, provide group and individual therapy, maintain a caseload, and engage in care coordination and documentation to support recovery and mental health

Qualifications

• Meet Minnesota qualifications for a Mental Health Practitioner or licensed Mental Health Professional, as applicable to assigned duties.
• Experience working with individuals experiencing mental health concerns.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care and evidence-based behavioral health interventions.
• Strong communication, documentation, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently within professional scope and applicable supervision requirements.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate 3 hrs of therapeutic mental health groups
• Provide individual mental health services within your professional qualifications and scope of practice.
• Maintain an assigned mental health caseload as appropriate to licensure, qualifications, and supervision.
• Collaborate with Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselors (LADCs) to support clients with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
• Participate in multidisciplinary staffing meetings, providing clinical consultation and recommendations within your scope.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Assist with crisis identification, safety planning, referrals, and care coordination as appropriate to the position.

About the Role:

Addiction Health Center is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and motivated Mental Health Practitioner or Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our outpatient substance use disorder treatment team.

We specialize in helping individuals build lasting recovery while addressing the mental health challenges that often accompany substance use disorders.

• LADC + LPCC – Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor
• LADC + LICSW – Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker
• LADC + LMFT – Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
• LADC + LP – Licensed Psychologist

Additional preference given to candidates with experience in ASAM Level 2.1 Intensive Outpatient Programs, co-occurring disorders, group therapy, and Minnesota Chapter 245G treatment settings.
