Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide positive input and assist during the customer experience to ensure satisfaction and the final product is customized.
• Mark, alter, and press garments selected by customers.
• Ensure proper fit of garments and answer customer questions.
• Maintain an open dialogue with management and help teammates.
• Keep the tailor shop clean and organized and assist with sizing.
