Rhone Apparel, Inc. is seeking an Associate Designer, Men’s to support the design, merchandising, and supply chain teams across men’s categories. You’ll manage carryover, seasonal technical packages, and collaboration with factories to ensure clear garment execution.

Strong organizational skills and hands-on design abilities are essential. Ideal candidates bring a design background, attention to detail, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in design or related field required.
• 2–4 years professional design experience preferred.
• Strong eye for detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in full product lifecycle from design to handoff.
• Support design development, PLM, CAD sketches, lab dips and packaging.
• Maintain technical packages and garment details for factory execution.
• Under design leadership, oversee specific product categories.
• Uphold brand integrity per Brand Guidelines.
• Research consumer trends, create mood boards and explore inspirations.
