Job summary

Siemens Digital Industries Software - Mendix is seeking an Application Support Engineer to join our Mendix team in the US. You will be the key interface for customers, resolving platform issues and guiding deployment within the low-code environment.

You will troubleshoot, coordinate with R&D, and manage incidents while maintaining SLA commitments and clear customer expectations. Occasional travel to our Boston office is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, CS or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving focus.
• Experience in low-code development is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the critical interface between customers and Mendix product.
• Independently resolve platform and product issues for customers.
• Troubleshoot, reproduce, and diagnose issues within Mendix environment.
• Coordinate with R&D, Product Management, and Customer Success to drive improvements.
• Prioritize incidents based on severity and impact on customer apps.
