United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an Emerging Markets Lead to drive 0-to-1 growth for a new banking product, focusing on MENA markets. Based in Dubai, with regional travel and occasional trips to San Francisco, you will build partnerships and manage key relationships with banks and fintech partners.

You will own end-to-end partnerships, coordinate with Legal, Compliance, and Product, and develop market intelligence to inform strategic expansion.

Formación

• 6+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, growth, operations or strategy.
• 4+ years of business experience specifically in MENA.
• Native fluency in Arabic and experience managing Arabic-speaking clients.
• Track record of managing complex partnerships and high-value deals with executive stakeholders.
• Strong networking and relationship-building with senior leaders and decision-makers.
• Highly organized with ability to coordinate across multiple teams.
• Scrappy, hands-on attitude with a willingness to do what it takes to build a business.

Responsabilidades

• Lead regional market development by identifying, evaluating, and executing high-value partnerships with banks in international markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers through meetings and industry events.
• Own partnership execution from outreach to contract signature, coordinating with Legal, Compliance, and Product.
• Develop market intelligence on regulatory developments, competition, and customer needs.
• Become an expert on correspondent banking in key emerging markets and build a broad network.
• Build scalable onboarding and relationship-management processes for expansion.
