Qualifications

• Demonstrated success as a coach and/or as an athlete.
• Commitment to the Christian mission and core commitments of the University.

Responsibilities

• Assist the head coach to maintain a culture of faith, influence, relationships, excellence.
• Assist the head coach with recruitment of new student-athletes, as directed.
• Design and implement training programs as directed by the head coach.
• Evaluate and offer feedback to student-athletes in the program to help them improve.
• Assist the head coach with team travel logistics for competitions and events.
• Assist in academic accountability and help student-athletes connect with other resources available on campus.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
