Job summary

Stfrancis University seeks a dedicated facilitator for the Men’s Volleyball program. You will support student-athletes’ academic progress, mentor through Bible studies, and help plan practices and competitions on campus.

You’ll also engage prospective athletes, manage team data, and assist with fundraising, marketing, and events under the Director of Athletics. This on-site role emphasizes leadership and community outreach within Greenville University’s Christian mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and acceptance into Greenville University Graduate Program.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to Greenville University’s Christian mission and values.
• Preferred: Previous coaching experience.
• Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Support student-athletes' academic progress and lead faith-based mentorship initiatives.
• Assist in planning and leading practices and competitions for Men’s Volleyball.
• Identify and engage prospective student-athletes via emails, calls, and social media.
• Manage team operations, databases, fundraising, marketing, and community outreach.
• Assist with athletic events and related university activities as directed by the Director of Athletics.
