Job summary

Greenville University is seeking a motivated individual to support the Men’s Volleyball program. You will guide student-athletes’ academic progress and lead faith-based mentorship while helping plan practices and competitions.

The role includes recruiting efforts, team operations, database management, and assisting with fundraising, marketing, and community outreach under the Director of Athletics. A Christian commitment and coaching experience are preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree and acceptance into Greenville University Graduate Program.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to Greenville University’s Christian mission and values.
• Preferred: Previous coaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Support academic progress of student-athletes and lead faith-based mentorship.
• Plan and lead practices and competitions for the Men’s Volleyball program.

• Assisting in planning and leading practices and competitions for the Men’s Volleyball program.
• Helping identify and engage prospective student-athletes through emails, phone calls, letters, and social media.
• Managing team operations, maintaining databases, and assisting in fundraising, marketing, and community outreach.
• Assisting with athletic events, performances, and university-related activities as assigned by the Director of Athletics.
