Job summary

The Saint Constantine School is seeking a passionate and Christ-centered High School Men’s Competitive Volleyball Coach to help build and develop our growing athletic program. This is an exciting opportunity to mentor student-athletes while establishing a strong foundation for a developing girls' volleyball program.

Qualifications

• Previous volleyball coaching or competitive playing experience preferred.
• Experience working with middle school-aged students is preferred.
• Must successfully complete all required background checks and any school-required training prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Teach proper techniques, strategy, and sportsmanship.
• Foster a positive, encouraging, and Christ-centered team culture.
• Mentor student-athletes in character, leadership, and personal responsibility.
• Prepare the team for competitions through organized practices and game planning.
• Communicate effectively with parents, athletes, and the Athletic Director.
• Ensure a safe practice and competition environment.
• Maintain equipment and assist with uniform accountability.
• Attend coaches' meetings and school athletic events as requested.
• Represent The Saint Constantine School with professionalism and integrity.
