Hour House is seeking a dedicated Counselor to provide individual, group, and family counseling to adults in early recovery from Substance Use Disorder. The counselor will work as part of a team with supervision and consultative support, and documentation will be done through EMR.

• 1+ years of social service experience.
• 3+ years of continuous sobriety.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a company vehicle.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Collaborate as a member of a team with regular supervision and consultation.
• Document services through electronic medical records (EMR).
• Work a minimum of one evening per week and one weekend day.

The Counselor will provide individual, group, and family counseling to adults in early recovery from Substance Use Disorder. The counselor will work as a member of a team with ample opportunity for consultation and supervision. Documentation is accomplished through electronic medical records. This position will require working a minimum of one evening a week and one weekend day each week.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work.
• 1 or more years of social service experience.
• 3 or more years of continuous sobriety.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive a company vehicle.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work.
• Possess an active CADC, LPC, LCPC, LSW, or LCSW license.

Pay: $46,000.00 - $53,000.00 per year
