Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain a loyal client base through personalized service, follow-up, and clientele outreach.
• Guide customers through wardrobe building, special occasion dressing, and seasonal updates with expert recommendations.
• Develop deep knowledge of our brands, fabrics, construction, and fit standards.
• Coordinate alterations and tailoring with our in-house team to ensure a perfect finished product.
• Maintain the visual standards and merchandising of the men's floor.
• Stay current on menswear trends, designer collections, and industry developments.
• Support in-store events, trunk shows, and private appointments.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Multi-year experience in luxury or specialty retail sales, preferably in menswear
• Strong knowledge of menswear categories, including tailored clothing, sportswear, furnishings, and footwear
• Familiarity with fit, fabric, and basic alterations terminology
• Proven ability to build and maintain a client book
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, professional presence
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working toward sales targets
• Reliable availability including weekends and key retail periods
• Proficiency with point-of-sale and clientele systems
