We pride ourselves on building lasting relationships with our clients and delivering an exceptional, personalized shopping experience. Gwynn's is seeking a Women’s Stylist to cultivate a loyal client base, guide wardrobe building, and drive sales in our Charleston store.

Qualifications

• Multi-year experience in luxury or specialty retail sales.
• Strong knowledge of womenswear categories including designer, contemporary, evening, accessories, and fine jewelry.
• Proven ability to build and maintain a client book.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, professional presence.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with ability to work toward sales targets.
• Reliable availability including weekends and key retail periods.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale and clientele systems.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain a loyal client base through personalized service, follow-up, and clientele outreach.
• Guide customers through wardrobe building, special occasion dressing, and seasonal updates with expert recommendations.
• Develop deep knowledge of our brands, fabrics, construction, and fit standards.
• Coordinate alterations and tailoring with our in-house team to ensure a perfect finished product.
• Achieve and exceed individual and departmental sales goals.
• Maintain the visual standards and merchandising of the sales floor.
• Stay current on trends, designer collections, and industry developments.
• Support in-store events, trunk shows, and private appointments.
