Gwynn's in Charleston seeks a polished Men's Style Consultant to join our sales team. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients build wardrobes that reflect their personal style and lifestyle.

The ideal candidate has a passion for menswear, an eye for fit and detail, and a natural ability to connect with people. This full-time role offers a competitive base plus commission, health benefits, and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

Multi-year experience in luxury or specialty retail sales.
Strong knowledge of menswear categories.
Proven ability to build and maintain a client book.

Responsibilities

Cultivate and maintain a loyal client base through personalized service, follow-up, and clientele outreach.
Guide customers through wardrobe building, special occasion dressing, and seasonal updates with expert recommendations.
Develop deep knowledge of our brands, fabrics, construction, and fit standards.
Coordinate alterations and tailoring with our in-house team to ensure a perfect finished product.
Maintain the visual standards and merchandising of the men's floor.
Stay current on menswear trends, designer collections, and industry developments.
Support in-store events, trunk shows, and private appointments.
