Job summary

Liberation Programs Inc. is seeking an Assistant Director to manage day-to-day operations of the program, supervise counselors, and ensure timely chart audits and data entry.

The ideal candidate will hold a CT license (LCSW/LMFT/LPC/LADC preferred) with at least three years of supervisory experience, and demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and organizational

Qualifications

• Must have a current license from the state of CT (LCSW, LMFT, LPC or LADC preferred)
• Must have a minimum of three years of supervisory experience (residential preferred)
• Must have a work history that demonstrates clear leadership, accomplishment, the ability to get work accomplished on time, on budget and within predetermined specifications
• Must have strong oral and written communications skills along with the interpersonal skills to work effectively at all levels of the organization and its stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Supervise counselors.
• Conduct regular individual and/or group supervision sessions with counselors.
• Oversee and manage staff schedule to ensure adequate facility coverage at all times.
• Review & approve timesheets.
• Coordinate time-off requests, including vacation and/or personal leave.
• Oversee day-to-day operation of program.
• Facilitate data entry and ensure reports are timely and accurate.
• Maintain a caseload based on program expectations.
• Facilitate staff and case conference meetings in the absence of the facility Director.
