Ralph Lauren Corporation seeks an experienced designer to lead Mens Polo Outerwear design, overseeing style development from concept to proto and fit across brands. You will translate research into a defined design perspective, manage development timeliness, and collaborate with PD, Materials, and Technical Design to ensure market-ready products.

The role requires strong organizational skills, independent work habits, and a passion for the brand.

Qualifications

• Translate creative vision into strong design execution.
• Manage multiple priorities aligned to seasonal calendar and business needs.
• Define product attributes and communicate design intent to cross-functional partners.
• Present research and inspiration with a clear design POV.

Responsabilités

• Research market trends in fabrics, trims, graphics, and techniques.
• Translate seasonal concept direction into actionable design through CADs and sketches.
• Define product attributes and communicate design intent to PD and Materials.
• Direct development of fabrics, trims, and graphics with ownership.
• Engage PD and Materials early in the process before milestones.
• Use PLM/BOM and Vibe files to ensure clear handoffs.
• Prepare for seasonal milestones including board reviews and fittings.
• Approve protos and attend fittings with Technical Design on fit.
• Maintain PLM/BOM pipeline and digital folders.
• Communicate clearly to support cross-functional collaboration.
