Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the seasonal design direction and long-term strategy for the Women's Polo Denim & Roughwear category.
• Drive innovative, brand-right product meeting aesthetic, quality, cost, and commercial goals.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Product Development, Wash, Fabric, Technical Design, Production, and Sourcing to ensure successful execution.
• Identify trends, consumer insights, and market opportunities to inform category strategy.
