• Significant experience in apparel design with denim and roughwear.
• Proven ability to lead category design direction and influence cross-functional partners.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, PLM and related design tools.
• Experience mentoring and developing talent in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead seasonal design direction for Women's Polo Denim & Roughwear category.
• Drive the creation and execution of innovative, brand-right product.
• Partner cross-functionally with Merchandising, Product Development, Wash, Fabric, Technical Design, Production, and Sourcing.
• Identify trends and inform category strategy and product development.
• Oversee design paginations and category recaps to ensure alignment.
• Ensure on-time delivery and design calendar milestones.
