Job summary

Fabletics is seeking an Associate Merchant for Men’s at our El Segundo headquarters. You will support the Men’s Merchandising team with daily, weekly, and monthly projects, analyze sales data, maintain product records in Centric PLM, and help develop seasonal assortments.

The role requires 1–3 years in merchandising or retail analytics, strong communication, and proficiency in Excel and PLM systems. We offer a hybrid work schedule and a comprehensive total rewards package.

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree preferred.
• 1–3 years in merchandising, planning, or retail analytics.
• Strong Excel/PLM knowledge and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate regular business recaps that help interpret current results, identify key learnings, and inform future strategy.
• Own and maintain accurate product data in Centric PLM, keep Miro visual assortment boards organized and current, and support deck preparation for quarterly IR cycles.
• Communicate business needs with cross functional teams; Design, Planning, Site Merchandising & Marketing.
• Provide input in global assortment meetings to support team with selling and trend analysis to shape future assortments.
• Attend and participate in key cross-functional meetings and presentations.
• Be obsessed with the competitive landscape, key trends, and market developments.
• Partner closely with the International, Wholesale and Marketplace teams to help guide and recommend assortments and support additional ad hoc projects
