Job summary

Fabletics is seeking an Associate Merchant for License, Graphics & Special Projects to support the Merchandising team in daily, weekly and monthly initiatives in El Segundo. You will analyze sales data, maintain product records, and help develop assortments in a fast-paced environment.

The role reports to the Sr. Merchant and requires strong writing, presentation, and organizational skills, with proficiency in Excel and PLM systems. Hybrid/onsite work in El Segundo is expected.

Qualifications

• BA or BS preferred
• 2 to 3 years of experience in merchandising
• Working knowledge of merchandising practices and retail math
• Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
• A self-starter with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
• A team player who can also work independently in a fast-moving environment
• Proficiency in Excel and PLM systems; comfort with the MS Office Suite and AI tools

This includes but is not limited to analyzing sales data, maintaining accurate product records, and supporting the development of assortments. The ability to multi-task and prioritize across these projects will be important to the success of this role. Strong communication, attention to detail, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment are required.This position will report to the **Sr. Merchant**.**What you will do:*** Generate regular business recaps that help interpret current results, identify key learnings, and inform future strategy* Drive process and assortments of Special Projects & Graphics in global assortment meetings to support team with selling and trend analysis; own IR deck creation of owned categories* Identify and execute reorder opportunities to maximize in-season sales, and support ongoing process development for managing the license and graphic tee assortments* Own and maintain accurate product data in Centric PLM, keep Miro visual assortment boards organized and current, and support deck preparation for quarterly IR cycles* Communicate business needs with cross functional teams; Design, Planning, Site Merchandising & Marketing.* Attend and participate in key cross-functional meetings and presentations* Be obsessed with the competitive landscape, key trends, and market developments.* Partner closely with the Retail, International, Wholesale and Marketplace teams to help guide and recommend assortments and support additional ad hoc projects**What you can bring:*** BA or BS preferred* 2 to 3 years of experience in merchandising* Working knowledge of merchandising practices and retail math* Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills* A self-starter with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines* A team player who can also work independently and troubleshoot in a fast-moving environment* Proficiency in Excel and PLM systems; comfort with the MS Office Suite and AI tools.**Where we are:*** This role will be based in our El Segundo Headquarters**Compensation & Total Rewards:**At Fabletics, we believe work and life should fit together!
