Laceless Design in New York, NY is seeking a Footwear Product Developer to manage the commercialization process from seasonal handoff to confirmation reviews. You will bridge design intent and factory execution through daily communication with Asia development teams and cross-functional partners.

The ideal candidate will proactively optimize costs, analyze CBD sheets, and deliver material or engineering solutions to hit critical TFOB targets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years prior experience in Men’s Dress Footwear Product Development or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercialization process from seasonal handoff to confirmation reviews.
• Bridge design intent and factory execution through daily communication with Asia development teams and cross-functional partners.
• Proactively optimize costs, analyze CBD sheets, and deliver material or engineering solutions to hit TFOB targets.
• Collaborate with Asia offices and suppliers in a fast-paced environment.
