Job summary

Crocs, Inc. is seeking a Product Developer to lead product creation from design through commercialization. You will analyze design packs, maintain BOMs, and communicate costing while partnering with global teams to ensure on-time production and optimal product quality.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in product development, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Domestic travel may be required; in-office requirements vary by persona.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Work with a global cross-functional product creation team through commercialization to build products.
• Analyze design packs and prepare for factory deliverables.
• Maintain Product BOM and communicate costing for products in development.
• Identify manufacturing, efficiency and costing concerns during development and cost targets.
• Own the sample process and document revisions accordingly.
• Communicate opportunities to product teams for improved construction, materials, and components.
• Initiate meetings with product teams during development phases to review and drive decisions.
• Drive on-time production confirmation and goals.
• Understand and drive timelines with cross-functional departments, manufacturing partners, and material supply chain.
