Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Team Leader to supervise department staff, oversee merchandising, inventory, pricing, and customer service in a dynamic retail setting.

Under supervision of Group Sales or Department Manager, you will direct associates, execute planograms, and drive sales enhancements while maintaining a high level of service and product knowledge. Starting pay is $18.00–$20.75 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2 to 4 years of retail sales experience.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct department associates daily to ensure service, merchandising, and stocking standards.
• Execute merchandising directives and maintain planograms.
• Assist GSM/DM HR in staffing, interviewing, and training.
• Keep high level of customer service and resolve issues.
• Coordinate special events and pricing/inventory accuracy.
• Provide product knowledge and conduct staff product demos.
• Prepare weekly schedules and coach team for performance.
• Aim for company-leading customer service results.
