Job summary

Draper is seeking a MEMS Microfabrication Process Engineer to join the Cambridge MEMS facility. You will contribute to development, execution, control, and continuous improvement of MEMS fabrication in Metrology, Electrical Test, BEOL, or Wafer Bond areas.

The role requires hands-on wafer handling experience, strong problem-solving skills, and collaboration with cross-functional teams; a Bachelor's in engineering or physics is required, with a Master's preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or Physics.
• 3-5 years of Microsystems Engineering or related experience.
• Experience with microfabrication process development and MEMS tooling.
• Familiar with Statistical Process Control and MES systems.

Responsibilities

• Designs and develops MEMS devices and layouts.
• Evaluates device designs using modeling or simulation.
• Tests devices with various tools, protocols, and software.
• Develops production methods and fabrication processes for MEMS.
