MEMs Microfabrication Process Engineer (Metrology, Test, BEOL, or Bond). Join our team at the Draper Microfabrication Facility in Cambridge, MA as a MEMs Microfabrication Process Engineer! In this role, you will be responsible for the development, execution, control, and continuous improvement of processes in one of four areas critical to the production of novel, advanced MEMS: Metrology, Electrical Test, BEOL (Back End of Line), or Wafer Bond.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Physics required. Master's degree preferred.
3-5 years of Microsystems Engineering or related experience.
Applicants selected for this position will be required to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.

The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $62,500.00 – $275,000.00. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations.
