Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is hiring a Logistics Coordinator in Memphis, TN to support distribution centers with transportation planning for furniture and inbound networks. The role demands strong multi-tasking, organization, and a proactive approach to problem solving.

You will manage carrier routing, track loads end-to-end, and collaborate with DCs, hubs, and stores. The position requires flexibility, good communication, and a willingness to work extended hours when needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 6 months–1 year of experience in logistics or supply chain.
• 1 year of proficiency in MS Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well with others and support team goals.
• Maintain flexibility and accept other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Follow a load plan and assign carriers per routing guide.
• Manage time across emails, load planning, metrics updating and carrier/DC/hub communications.
• Track loads from pickup to delivery.
• Maintain trailer pools for carriers and DCs.
• Troubleshoot in-transit issues for all loads from DC.
• Run and update reports within multiple applications as needed.
• Extract data to create reports and share with partners.
• Operate across multiple DCs and interfaces as required.
