Qualifications

• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Universal CFC certification preferred; other licenses as required by local/state jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair mechanical, plumbing, structural, fire, life safety, and control systems.
• Comply with codes, regulations, agency directives, and safety requirements.
• Manage energy use; optimize system operations for efficiency.
• Assist with preventive maintenance programs and emergency repairs as needed.
• Follow policies for safe storage and disposal of hazardous materials.
