Job summary

iPostal1 is seeking passionate Customer Service professionals for our Memphis, Tennessee location. This in-office role involves assisting customers by phone, chat, and email, delivering information with a positive, compassionate approach, and helping manage inquiries in a fast-paced digital mailbox environment.

You will participate in a two-week paid training from Day 1 and contribute to a supportive team focused on excellent service delivery.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer service role.
• Comfortable assisting customers via phone, chat, and email.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with CRM systems and multiple software applications.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from customers promptly and professionally.
• Identify the type of assistance and determine the needed level of support.
• Explain solutions clearly to build positive relationships with clients.
• Manage customer expectations and assist with online chat and email inquiries.
• Support mail center tasks as needed and participate in escalations.
