Sonida Senior Living’s Ashton of Wildwood, located in Wildwood, FL, seeks a Magnolia Trails Director (Memory Care Activities) to lead monthly programming and staff development in a premier assisted living and memory care community. The role emphasizes resident wellbeing, safety, and family education in a dynamic care setting.

You will train staff, coordinate memory care activities, and ensure adherence to safety policies while engaging families and prospective residents in tours when needed.

Qualifications

• Maintain CPR/First Aid Certification.
• College credits required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement a monthly programming calendar based on resident preferences.
• Train new staff on Magnolia Trails Pillars and expectations.
• Ensure a safe environment for residents by following policies.
• Communicate with family members and provide ongoing support and education.
• Conduct informative tours for prospective residents and their families when necessary.
