Qualifications

• PhD or Master's in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field with hands-on device testing.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor device physics, reliability, and failure mechanisms.
• Experience in electrical characterization of non-volatile memory technologies (SOM, PCRAM, MRAM, ReRAM).
• Ability to translate complex technical findings into clear, actionable reports.
• Self-driven with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze electrical data from devices and arrays to understand behavior, performance tradeoffs, and failure mechanisms.
• Develop and enhance characterization methodologies and wafer-level test techniques.
• Partner with design, process, and product teams to improve device performance and yield.
• Collaborate with test development teams to validate test programs and characterization vehicles.
• Troubleshoot complex challenges and generate insights to accelerate technology development.
• Communicate effectively across teams to align priorities and timelines.
