Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Define technology strategy and milestones across device, array, process, and design.
• Assess memory performance, reliability, and failure mechanisms from electrical data.
• Develop characterization methods and wafer-level test techniques.
• Provide regular updates to executives on status and risks.
• Mentor senior engineers and grow the team.
• Enforce industry best practices and execution discipline.
