Anthropic seeks software engineers to join the Memory & Search team, shaping how Claude remembers and finds information across Claude.ai, Cowork and Claude Code. You will work on memory service, indexing, retrieval and vector search, delivering user-facing experiences and robust infrastructure.

You will run experiments, decide what to keep based on real usage, and collaborate with product, design, privacy and legal to ensure privacy, consent and enterprise controls are respected.

Formación

• Experience building user-facing products at scale.
• Experience designing agentic/LLM-powered products with tool use and retrieval.
• Strong programming skills in Python and TypeScript with backend and frontend work.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build and ship memory and search experiences across Claude-related products.
• Run product experiments on memory and search, analyze usage and iterate.
• Define metrics and monitor quality and recall across conversations and memories.
