Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience building and operating user-facing products used by a large number of people, including backend services behind them.
• Experience building agentic systems or LLM-powered products, including tool use, retrieval and prompt or context design.
• Strong product judgment and ability to explain design choices to users.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and ship memory and search experiences across Claude.ai, Cowork and Claude Code, from backend to user interface.
• Run product experiments on memory and search stack; form hypotheses, build demos, test with real users, measure results.
• Shape how Claude stores and retrieves memory, including ranking and presentation of results to users.
