Job summary

Intel Corporation’s Technology Development Quality and Reliability organization seeks a Memory Quality and Reliability Engineer to drive post-silicon characterization, certification, and technology readiness for SRAM, RF, and fuse arrays. You will collaborate with design, device engineering, PDE, yield teams to transform silicon learnings into certification decisions.

The role requires advanced degrees and memory-testing experience, with strong data analytics in JMP and Python, in a hybrid U.S.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Physics or related field with 2+ years semiconductor experience OR MS with 6+ years in industry.
• 2+ years hands-on memory testing experience.
• 2+ years of quantitative analysis on memory/semiconductor datasets using DOE, SPC, regression, hypothesis testing, or multivariate analysis.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute memory technology certification across SRAM/RF/fuse arrays.
• Define certification methodologies, criteria, test strategies, and readiness for memory arrays.
• Analyze silicon data to identify performance gaps, failure signatures, and technology risks.
• Develop and maintain silicon-based Vccmin and Vmax predictive models for certification and PDK releases.
• Generate reports and present findings to leadership and customers.
