Broad River Retail in Four Oaks, NC seeks a Home Furnishings Associate to guide guests through furniture and sleep-system selections, building lasting relationships and creating personalized living spaces. You will work with customers in a fast-paced showroom, delivering excellent service and upselling where appropriate.

This 100% commission-based role offers strong earning potential, with many sales professionals earning $70,000–$100,000 annually.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival, learn motivation for visit, and develop lasting relationships.
• Present and discuss home furnishings options based on discovery of needs and goals.
• Utilize sales and upselling techniques to maximize value.
• Market new sales, events and financing options to customers.
• Assist customers with financing, purchasing, delivery and satisfaction.
• Increase product knowledge through ongoing training and development.
